ERMES RED AROMATIC RICE
It is a red rice that comes from the cross between Venere rice and an indica type rice. Ideal for rice salads, side dishes and single dishes paired with fish, meat, vegetables and cheeses. It is recommended to boil it for about 35 minutes and then to sauté it in a pan with the most varied ingredients. It is wholemeal, aromatic, fragrant and rich in anthocyanins, antioxidants from the flavonoid family.
